Book Review by Joel
Okay. I have had too many books in a row that I like. I read this book all the way through. Even though it is full of camel dung, I read it. It was my own way of suffering silently the ills of man. Woe is me.

I found this book at a conservatory charity book sale. All books are used and of any genre. I picked this book because it has what looks like The Grateful Dead’s Jerry Garcia melded into the earth on the cover. But it’s not Jerry! It is the DEVIL. AHHHHHHHHHH.

I would like to preface this by stating that when people want to baffle you with bull----, they will start quoting physics and neuroscience. Most people will just nod their heavy heads and assume the lotus position. And that’s ok. Really.

This author tries to take a simple idea--that the planet Earth may be a living entity--then fills the book up with pseudo science and real science in a confusing and amusing way. The good thing about buying used books is that you can see what other people have thought about the book. Someone underlined “important” passages in this one—and there is long division in the back. It is all so CLEAR to me now.

I do not recommend this one.

Joel.
