Book review by Tracey
Sometimes I get free books from work. Some readers finish with a book, and instead of retaining it pass it on. This was just such a book and I was happy to take it. After this review, I will also return it to work for another reader to pick up. Published in 2001, this title is the second book in a trilogy which, (as any good trilogy book does) can stand alone. I didn’t have any trouble gleaning the basic plot of the first book from this one, and I was able to get a general view of what will occur in the third if I want to acquire it. This story has off-the-charts attraction, (which in novels often leads to some definite anger), a generations long-feuding rivalry, and of course, LOVE. Is there a happy ending? Well, happy is a relative word, but I would say yes for most readers. If you are as addicted to the romance novel as I am, you will of course enjoy this story.

Tracey.
